  Agarwal Packers & Movers

Shifting
home has always been a difficult task, which drains one mentally as well as physically. To add to the turmoil of settling down in a new place, among new people, is the hard work involved in packing the goods.

The packing and moving industry has come to the rescue of such hapless people forced to move home frequently by offering customised solutions. Serving customers for the past 15 years, Agarwal Packers & Movers is No. 1 in India in the field. It has been packing, handling and transporting household and industrial goods to as many as 1,200 destinations across the country.

Ramesh Agarwal, Director, Agarwal Packers & Movers, says that earlier the conventional 20-ft. container was considered suitable only for very large homes but now that containers are available in multiple sizes, those living in flats and smaller houses can also containerise their goods economically and exclusively.

D. N. Agarwal, Managing Director of the company, says: "Earlier, we had only one master size. LIG or MIG households found it difficult to accept our prices. This is the reason behind our launching a value added service called Portable Home. As the name signifies, the product shifts households in a uniquely secure and economical manner." Portable Home is in fact a heavy duty iron container, available in different sizes, ranging from 4 to 40 cft, which offers the unique advantage of safety, economy and dependability. The portable home also has the advantage that it does not require any permit or permission from any authority. It is extra safe and provides total protection against rain, dust, sun and water, along with the facility of a personal lock on the door.

Once the goods are packed and loaded, they are locked and sealed, with the keys being handed to the customers themselves. The customers save 30 per cent on packing material, which means a normal packing price of Rs. 10,000 comes down to Rs. 7,000.
