14 New Executive Directors appointed in NTPC

New Delhi: NTPC Limited– India’s largest power utility has appointed 14 Executive Directors (ED) to head its various divisions for achievement of its growth plans in the areas of forward, backward , lateral integration and subsidiaries/ joint venture projects.

Their names with new assignments are:

1. K.K Agarwal, CEO, NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam (NVVN) (a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC)

2. R. N. Sen, MD, NTPC- Alstom Power Services Pvt. Ltd. (NASL) (a JV between NTPC & Alstom Generation AG)

3. R. L Mattoo, ED, Fuel Management, NTPC

4. A.K. Ahuja, MD, Ratnagiri Gas Power Pvt. Ltd., Maharashtra .

5. P.K.Modi, CEO, Aravali Power Company Private Limited (APCPL), Jhajjar (a joint Venture company of NTPC, IPGCL on behalf of Govt. of Delhi and HPGCL on behalf of Govt. of Haryana)

6. B. Pradhan, ED, NTPC-Sipat

7. G.J. Deshpande, ED, NTPC-Talcher Kaniha,

8. P.K. Chakraborty, CEO, Vaishali Power Generating Company Ltd., Kanti (a subsidiary of NTPC), Bihar

9. K.K.Sharma, ED, NTPC-Hydro Region

10. Rajeshwar Dutt, CEO, New Nabinagar Power Project, Bihar

11. A.K. Jha, ED, P&M /Corporate Monitoring, NTPC

12. D.K. Chaudhuri, CEO, NTPC SAIL Power Company Ltd. (NSPCL),
(a JV of NTPC & SAIL)

13. N.K.Sharma, ED- NTPC Consultancy Wing
