Minister Arjun Munda is in Delhi today meeting BJP President LK
Advani to discuss cabinet expansion.
According to rules in the 81-seat Jharkhand assembly there can be
only 12 ministers. Six have been sworn in. 30 MLAs from the BJP
and six from JD(U) are all lobbying for those plum posts.
The Jharkhand cabinet expansion has not taken place almost a
fortnight after Munda was sworn in as the Chief Minister.
